1987 2.2L Turbo II for 3bar MAP and 55pph Injectors

This calibration is based on the 1987 2.2L Turbo II Mopar Performance
calibration.  It was assembled for use with a 3 bar MAP sensor and late stock
T2 35pph injectors.

This calibration is based off of Geoff Allan's "Blueberry60" source.


INITIAL CHANGES
---------------
- FuelBatteryOffset bumped up by 5,4,3,2.
- OverRevFuelShutoffStagingLower set to 3988 RPM ($1d62).
- OverRevFuelShutoffStagingUpper set to 4031 RPM ($1d12).

3 Bar MAP:
- Configured at assembly.

52pph Injectors:
- Scaled raw Blueberry60 tables using ChEM2.

Version 0.16: Revert ColdEnrichmentFuelCurveA and B back to stock since AIS
changes seemed to fix lean startup conditions?  Remove more timing from
AdvanceFromMapWarmFull to widen range from -2 to 20psi.

Version 0.15: Increase boost goals/limits to 21psi.  Fix lots of missing TBL
entries and re-enable staging mod.  Get rid of "2bar/3bar" table names to 
permit easier comparisons to Turbonator and stock cals.  Revert AIS tables and
FuelLeanoutFactorOffThrottle back to stock.  Bump FuelMonitorScaling to
compensate for observed fuel useage discrepencies.  Retard timing between 
0 to 15psi up to -10 degrees at 6psi in AdvanceFromMapWarmFull for improved
turbo spool.

Version 0.14: Bump FuelFullThrottle point 2 down to 5800uS.  Too lean during
decel still, so move point 1 of FuelNoThrottle right and up 2 notches to 
-14.2psi @ 10.00uS.  Move ColdEnrichmentFuelCurveA point 4 from 58.8^F @ 1.19
to 58.8^F @ 1.21.  

Version 0.13: Bump FuelFullThrottle point 2 down to 6000uS.  A little too lean
during decel, so move point 1 of FuelNoThrottle left 2 notches.  Move
ColdEnrichmentFuelCurveA point 4 from 58.8^F @ 1.17 to 58.8^F @ 1.19.  Set
StagingModSpeed to zero until speed sensor is fixed.

Version 0.12: Bump FuelFullThrottle point 2 down to 6100uS.  Bump points 3 and
4 of AdvanceFromMapWarmFull3bar up one notch.  Move ColdEnrichmentFuelCurveA
point 4 from 62.3^F @ 1.15 to 58.8^F @ 1.17.

Version 0.11: Bump FuelFullThrottle point 2 down to 6200uS and point 3 down
to 9600uS.  Raise ColdEnrichmentFuelCurveA point 4 to 1.15 for warm start
issue.  Move PumpingEfficency point 2 back to original spot.

Version 0.10: Bump FuelFullThrottle point 2 down to 6500uS and point 3 down
to 9800uS.  Move BoostWotDutyCycle 13psi to 18% and 19psi to 8%.  Make
ColdEnrichmentFuelCurveA the same as CSX Stage II.  Move point 1 of
FuelNoThrottle left 1 notch.

Version 0.9: Still has trouble starting when it warm outside.  Make
ColdEnrichmentFuelCurveC the same as CSX Stage II.  A little too lean during
decel, so move point 1 of FuelNoThrottle left 2 notches.  Pull a little fuel
out of FuelFullThrottle around 5.8psi of boost to 10000uS.  Add 2 degrees to
AdvanceFromMapWarmFull3bar at 19.9psi to -24.  Move BoostWotDutyCycle points
to 20% @ 13.1psi and 10% @ 20.0psi, as part throttle boost goal is too high.

Version 0.8: FuelNoThrottle, point 1 down 2 notches to 6uS, point 2 up 20
notches to 654uS.  Set LoadEnrichment to CSX Stage II specs for startup fuel
issues.  Fixed TBL file and raised fan tables to sane numbers: 200.47-189.65/
220.31-209.49.  Lots of other TBL fixes as well.  More advance at WOT in low
boost (around 6psi).  Drop the 5900rpm point in PumpingEfficiency down two
notches to 0.80.

Version 0.7: The fan never shuts off, so add about 10^ back to all four
tables: 217.85-211.83/228.89-222.87.  Pull bottom data point of FuelNoThrottle
to CSX Stage II specs to get rid off fuel misor feature.  Move last datapoint
of BoostWotDutyCycle down and out to 10% @ 18.2psi.  Move first datapoint to
stock position.  Allow full boost to 5500rpm for BoostAllowFromRPM.

Version 0.6: Put AdvanceFromRpm back closer to Geoff's curves (raised above 
5000rpm).  Pull 10 degrees out of AdvanceFromMapCold3bar above 6psi to address
high boost cold detonation.  BoostWotDutyCycle reduced by 10% to try to get
better boost response out of the Super 70 with the factory solenoid.

Version 0.5: Still has trouble starting, so bump up FuelBatteryOffset by
2,2,2,2.  Now have more pinging, even when hot.  Geoff added a lot of spark
to AdvanceFromRpm, so pull spark out of AdvanceFromMapWarmFull3bar and 
AdvanceFromMapWarmPart3bar in high boost to compensate.  Revise fan schedule
by about -20^ to: 207.81-201.79/218.85-212.83.

Version 0.4: Still has trouble starting, so use stock StartFuelPrimeShot and
StartFuelMultiplierPerEPP.  Idle issues and general concern about spark
advance, so bring AdvanceAllowFromRpms AdvanceFromMapWarmFull3bar and 
AdvanceFromMapWarmPart3bar closer to stock.  Also pull AdvanceFromRpms down
towards stock.

Version 0.3: Still has trouble starting when warm, so roll back
StartFuelFromEngineTemp change to v0.0 (52pph specs), which started better.

Version 0.2: Lots of pinging when cold, so set AdvanceFromMapCold3bar to
stock Turbo II specs.  Bump up FuelBatteryOffset to 5,5,5,5 to try to fix
warm startup issues.  Bump up PumpingEfficiency by 0,2,2,2,1 for Menegon head.

Version 0.1: Too rich across the board, so rescale raw Blueberry60 assembled
binary to 55pph injectors instead of 52pph.
